  1. Eligibility for Refund
    • This refund policy applies to all online bookings made through our website or any authorized online platform.
    • Refund requests must be submitted before the product has been dispatched or any services have commenced.
  2. Refund Amount
    • In the event that you wish to cancel your booking and no longer proceed with the purchase, we will refund 90% of the total booking amount.
    • The remaining 10% of the booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  3. Refund Process
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at sahil@advanceplasticmachinery.com within 14 days from the date of booking.
    • Once your request has been processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
  4. Non-Refundable Bookings
    • Refunds will not be provided for bookings where the product has been dispatched or the service has already been initiated.
  5. Changes to the Refund Policy
    • Advance Moulders Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
